2 rounds of phone interview. Both the rounds went very well undoubtedly. But after the 2nd round the feedback was negative. Not a standard interview process. The recruiter keeps bugging you with mails and calls daily until the process is going on. Once they decide you are out, there won't be any calls or mails. You have to followup yourself to find the result.
