Very smooth, kept me updated across the process, 3 rounds of interviews, HR, motivational interview, case study. Case study was quite difficult. Not many behavioural questions which meant it’s harder to prepare for the interview
I had a phone screen, then four interviews with team members, then a take home case study, then two more interviews with team members (MDs). After all that, I got an offer.

Initial Human Resource interview to discuss suitability for role, prior experience, salary expectations, what you will bring to the team and what you know about Alvarez and Marsal. Informal and friendly initial disucssion, outlining what the further interview process will look like.
