Two rounds of phone interviews, a modeling test, then a final in person interview with multiple employees. The first two phone calls were basic get to know you questions and behavioral questions that are typical in interviews.

Do you have any experience dealing with a distressed company?
Mostly behavioral questions, asked lots of questions like tell me about a time when, talk about a recent restructuring deal, talk about a current event, how do you handle time management, walk me through your resume

Interview
Had 4-5 calls and still seemed early in process. Talked to several junior folks just about the job and my background. Then had call with direction with light technical and fit questions. Didn't think it was a great fit after that call and was told I would not be moving on in process.
