Pathetic experience. 2 TR followed by MR and then Director round. Highly unprofessional behavior from the Technical recruiters. Questions are just like any Service based org, I didn't feel like it is a product based. Anyway after second TR round, I got a call from HR that you have cleared and She wanted to scheduled MR next day, but guess what that day never came. I did try to do little bit of follow up. But Parallelly I had given few TRs in different org and they release OL to me, so I did not follow up much after that. But It's a negative experience for me since it was time consuming and after clearing TR's, HR didn't schedule MR.
