I applied online. I interviewed at AmazingHiring (Moscow, Moskva) in Jan 2019
Interview
6 stages interview process:
1. Introductory stage over the phone with Natalia - internal recruiter who seems to be very young and inexperienced.
2. Meeting with Yulia - BD head. Genuine interview with some standard questions . Nothing extraordinary. Not too hard to pass this stage. Based on some questions Yulia asked during the interview I had an impression she builds her BD techniques by learning from one of those BD success story kind of books. So make sure you read one of those to get some extra credit from Yulia.
3. A task. They'll give you a BD task to prepare at home. It's quite simple and useless, to say the least. They'll ask you to write a BD email to a prospect and they will also ask you to make a list of potential clients you'd like to work with.
4. Another phone call/meeting from the partner company that does only recruitment. The lady won't make you sweat during the interview, she's quite nice to talk to, open and empathetic. They interview will be pretty much like the second stage but less BD oriented.
5. THE MAIN ONE! if you failed it you failed the whole thing. So better be prepared! They'll ask you to make a presentation of their company as well as a demo of the platform. You will basically have to take them through their own system by showing and telling them how it works in details. So make sure you'll spend enough time playing with the system (they'll give you temporary access to it). If you didn't understand the instructions - text or call Natalia asap although she won't answer her phone if it's weekend (which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion! They gave me 4 days to prepare and I lost two of them because she didn't care to pick up the phone. I wouldn't have called her if he had not asked me to call if I had any questions. I did have questions because her phone instructions regarding the upcoming interview were straight forward but when I actually started the preparation I was completely lost. I needed her help but she replied too late. From what I said you probably know I failed the interview.
It was not only this though, there was another business case - a phone call to a client which I think I did well because I have done hundreds if not thousands o such calls in my career, moreover, I was trained to be successful in such calls but Yulia did not appreciate it.
