The interview process was structured and professional. After applying online, I was contacted by one main interview with the hiring manager.
The interview focused heavily on leadership experience, people management, and values. There were several behavioral questions about handling conflicts, leading teams, and managing performance. The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the interviewer was well prepared.
