The interview process was fairly simple. After applying online, I was contacted by a rep within a week. The rep asked when would be a great time for a phone interview and set a phone interview for that day and time. The first half of the phone conversation the rep is giving you an understanding of the role and all responsibilities that are correlated. During the phone interview, there are fairly easy questions being asked. You can tell that the rep was reading from a list of questions to ask, so there were a lot of repeating your answers and needing to consolidate your words. The entire interview process took about 45 minutes to complete. I was invited for an in person interview at the end of the phone screen/interview.
The in person interview was set for the next week. I met the the region director in the Kennesaw location, although the region director works out of the South Carolina office. The in person interview was very simple. The director sat at a table with me and read from a list of questions she needed to ask and then I would answer. (Seriously, I watched her write down my answers.) There were 18 questions in all. The director was very personable and answered any question I did have for her.
At the end of the interview, the director let me know she was hoping to have a decision by the end of the week. I was notified mid-week that following week that I did not get the position.
Overall, it was a great experience. I do not feel as though there was anything different I could have said or done, but rather the director was looking for a certain candidate.
