Direct manager reached out to me for a phone interview. I was then recommended for an in person interview. I interviewed in person following this phone interview. I interviewed with 2 other individuals in person.

Interview was structured, took approximately one hour, received notification after the interview in a month time to inform me that I was rejected, really appreciate it as it didn't keep me wondering why I have not heard back.

Technical working experience relevant to the products
3 Webex interviews, met with multiple people on the team. Mix of technical and personality questions. Great diversity on the team and asked great leading questions. Open ended discussion at the end.
