The interview process seemed a little automated for the first 2 rounds of interviews. The major downside was it took 3 months to interview for a position and very little communication in between.

First was the recruiter interview, interview with hiring manager, then an all-day series of 1:1 or small group interviews that began with a 45 min presentation of my research. Everyone was very professional and kind.
