Interview process took around 3 months, and they are the young and professional team, as they claim. Interview was average, one can easily make it.
Round 1: Short tech discussion about you and company
Round 2: Some code conversion from traditional OO code to Moo based code.
Round 3: Short tech discussion
After getting selected in these rounds, I received offer in my inbox. Then I tried to negotiate with HR a little bit. Although I was okay with what they provided, they then sent a "rejection mail". Have you heard of any company who says rejection mail after sending the offer.
After this, I sent them a polite feedback mail, saying what was good during interview and what went wrong. After a week of my feedback mail, they responded that "If you are okay with this salary, I'd like to proceed". Then I responded with my YES, and asked for further process. Don't know why again after some days, they sent "Sorry, we can't proceed".
I felt it bit "unprofessional," so haven't asked anything thereafter, just responded with "Okay, no issues". I felt that, there may be similar issues if I join them, so better to say NO.
