Interview
Be prepared to answer questions related to your resume, thesis etc. It was a good mix of behavioural and technical questions. Be well prepared and well rested before the interview. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Not technical mostly behavior interviews. They care about causal inference though. Be prepared to talk about data analysis experience with concrete examples. Overall very organized and straightforward. Second round is a super day
The interview process consisted of an initial round focused on behavioral and technical questions assessing problem-solving ability and communication skills. The final round included multiple interviews with team members covering leadership experience, statistical reasoning, knowledge of the firm, and understanding of health economics concepts.
Standard first interview, mostly seemed to test how you talk about analyses and communicate complex ideas. With two senior analysts who were together at the office. Included more small talk than anticipated
