I went through a multi-stage interview process for a senior sales role that included an initial HR screening, a detailed interview with the City Head, a highly specific problem-solving assignment, and a final interview with the Regional Sales Head.

After applying on the Amazon job portal, if your resume gets shortlisted, you receive an online assessment test link. This test is typically around 1 hour long and contains approximately 30 questions. If you clear the online assessment, you move to Round 1, which is a technical interview. In this round, the interviewer usually asks: SQL questions (moderate difficulty level) Scenario-based business questions Some Python questions (basic to moderate level) Basic business and analytical questions to test problem-solving ability If you clear Round 1, you proceed to Round 2.
