Interview
The initial interview was okay. Everything went smooth. The interviewer was kind, she made me comfortable during the interview. I wish I can proceed but I decided not to after reading the reviews from this site.
They performed quite well overall, but what truly stands out to me is their belief in skills. That mindset valuing ability over just credentials makes a real difference and sets them apart in both work and growth potential.
