      Research Recruiting Coordinator Interview

      13 May 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Oregon City, OR
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at AnswerLab (Oregon City, OR)

      Interview

My interview was very short and there was no reason to have interviewed at all. Salary information is missing from AnswerLab's job posts for a reason - the amount is laughable and they surely wouldn't want clients to know. In my state, the salary would qualify for public assistance. The interviewer was wearing a headset and I could barely hear her with my volume on full blast. I mentioned that we may have a bad connection, or perhaps her headset was an issue, but restarting the call was just too much work for her, so I ended up asking her to repeat herself multiple times...as I could not hear her. Additionally, she did not appear to have a solid grasp on the job she was interviewing me for. I'm not sure if she even knew my name.
