Initial zoom meeting with the founder. Upon meeting him, he asks if you can work for a 1-month unpaid trial. This was not mentioned in the job description at all. It is obviously illegal to work unpaid for a company, especially because it is an entire month. The moment when I ask for a paid trial instead, he gets aggressive and eventually starts telling me that I wasted his time. It seems like this company tries to take advantage of its employees and does not value the needs and voices of their employees at all.
