The interview process lasted almost there months.
First telephone interview.
Second Written exam.
Thirdly Presentation on audiobook go giver.
Fourthly a three day assessment on their office.
The process was too lengthy on each phase interval. For example after interview the presentation phase came almost a month later.

My experience with Apex DMIT’s recruitment process was disappointing. While the job role sounded promising, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and lacked transparency. I underwent an initial phone interview, a written exam, a presentation task based on an 8-hour audiobook, and a 3-day overnight assessment. Despite completing all tasks, there was no interim feedback or clarity on areas for improvement.
The effort required was significant, yet the rejection email provided no constructive feedback. For future candidates, I hope they streamline their process to respect applicants' time and efforts.

Interview
Called on the phone, then there was a written exam, then there was an audiobook review, and at last an audio book review. The Written exam consisted of English, Maths, Analytical ability and written English composition.
