HR uses old questions like, Tell me about a time when you did blah blah. Outdated. Their skills test was not relevant to the job. They are seriously needing a new HR department.

The HR manager, Diane, was very quick to give you a call once you submit your application. Interviews are mostly in-person, but accommodation may be made sometimes for people not residing in Reno. There are often more than one interviewer, but Kurt is usually the main interviewer.
