I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppFront in Aug 2023
Interview
A written questionnaire followed by a request for 15 minutes to "ask me more about myself." At that point I responded that I would like 30 minutes so I can ask questions as well. The CEO and I had a great call, but HR attended with camera on, but never spoke or introduced herself. A bit odd. I then was given a home assignment. The assignment was a tad janky (broken links, google docs, sloppy lab env. etc) but did give me a great understanding of their product and the role. They then asked me to come into the office for an in-person demo, but weirdly never responded to my scheduling email, and eventually completely ghosted me, despite having asked me to come in to proceed with the process. Very odd people, stay away

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppFront (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
A couple of questions in an e-mail. Then live test on Google Meet, with Excel test and support simulation. They gave customers problem and you had to answer. The problem is you don't know the product... How will you answer it?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your technical background, how deep can you solve problems
I was scheduled an hour interview on zoom.
The founder asked me too tell about myself "very briefly".
He then said the job is in shifts (until 12 am) and on some friedays- *was not mentioned on the job description at all*.
He then sent a test (didn't mention there was going to be one) and he dissconnected.
The test took an extra hour and a half and way beyond our time scheduled.
He said we will review it later on together- he never called.
