Recently I gone through the hiring process at applaunch they took two rounds first round is for the technical 1 for java and it is only for the 30 minutes and the second one is again the technical round 2 so I cleared the first round after 2 - 3 days they schedule my second round of interview. I join the interview but no panel has come to take my interview on that day and again after few days they scheduled my second round of interview and the interviewer ask me for my introduction. No technical question where ask in the second round they just ask me my introduction and nothing else so after next day I got the rejection mail so I don't know on what basis they rejected me. Very bad and horrible experience. I would not suggest to go with this company.
