Submitted my CV through a hiring event organized on campus. Then, I got to be interviewed with the manager after 30 minutes; The resume is handed to an officer who organises the interviews according to need.

Fairly easy, I applied and got a call and within two weeks from applying I was employed. The interview was very very easy & sorting out all the paperwork was also fairly easy.
