I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Saint Louis, MO) in Sept 2016
Interview
They introduce the company, jobs and tasks. Pretty easy, they just want to know your personalities whether it fit the team or not. The interviewers are open, and make the conversations going. It's a group interview, so you will be there with 2,3 more people
Super fast process, everyone was positive and clear expectations about the upcoming work load, instructions, timeline, etc. The manager was at the back of the restaurant, so slight wait, but overall it went by quickly. I was asked simple questions, I was told that the position required a decent amount of fitness and the clients may not always be easy to manage, but the managers and other staff on hand is always there for support.
