Interview process started with a phone interview and 6 weeks before the first interview which was at the Chicago regional office with HR and an RVP. The next step was an interview at a correctional site with the VPO and another member of the HR team. Then there was about 3 weeks before I started a round of 5 interviews with the Sr. Management team at the Chicago office and the corporate headquarters in Philadelphia,
