I was contacted by phone.The interviewer asked basic questions about my background to determine if I was properly suited for the position.They eluded that they had been very busy and was sorry it took so long to arrange the interview.The interviewer was a woman who seemed to be reading off a sheet of questions and writing furiously answers.The interview only took 10 minutes.

Phone screening, in person interview in an office where staff was in and out. 2nd interview I was interviewed by 2 managers who had the same title and position. Very awkward

Super easy! Few phone calls with professionals. Moved on pretty quickly. Got the job offer and relocated within 3 weeks of receiving it. The process was very smooth - never had an in person interview.

Interview
Received an email from the recruiter a week after I applied for a phone interview. The phone interview was a few days later. It lasted about 10-12 minutes. The recruiter told me that someone would call me to setup an interview within by the end of the week. The district manager called me the same day as the phone interview. My in-person interview was a week later on a Wednesday. I interviewed by 2 district managers at once. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received a job offer on Monday. I started 3 weeks later.
