I did an on campus interview which was fairly easy then flew out to Aramark headquarters in Phily for the second interview where I had two rounds of interviews. I had a relaxed set of interviewers and a most intense pair. I never got a rejection email but got an email saying they had filled most roles. I should have received an offer within two to three weeks but never did, though others got rejection letters, which was followed by an email saying most positions were filled and then nothing.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Completed the video interview for the A2L Program. I was supposed to receive Aramark’s final decision regarding my status in the program within 4 weeks. I have not heard anything back and it has been 2 months .

I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
