The interview process for the establishment I was hoping to work at was great. The interviewees were there on time, took the time to listen to me, jotted down notes, and gave me their email/numbers to call back if needed. I spoke to three different people, each one nice and personable. They gave me tours around the business, took the time to explain everything fully, and made sure answer my questions with clarity. By the end of it, I left feeling pretty good. I did not feel demoralized, condescended (some interviews make you left feeling undesired or very unwanted by rude hiring managers, had a few of them in the past), or highly judged. They all had a friendly disposition. I have recommended friends to work for Aramark, spreading the good word, as I believe their professionalism is what keeps it all running. Believe it or not, not every company, business, or establishment is full of professional individuals. But they are.
