Aras Global interview questions

Not clear about compensation. Clearly commission based. Asks tinder like profile questions in interview. Odd amount of eye contact. Seems professional given corporate building but even other candidates were confused about the role. Waste of time for first round of interviews and from testimonies of others the second round still didn't clarify basic questions. If a company isn't transparent run

There were no real benefits mentioned (!), and they barely asked me about my skills or my past beyond some basic confirmation. They only talked about progressing up the company ladder in a presentation that came off as a pyramid scheme. They had a whiteboard and everything!
