Arcondis interview questions

I was referred by a friend and directly contacted the HR. She got back to me very fast. After initial HR interview, I got two additional rounds of interviews, one with the practice lead and one with a senior colleague. All the interviews went very smoothly.

The first conversation was with the recruiter. He was very nice but didn’t tell me much about the job. The next interview was with the hiring manager. It was an easy casual interview for about an hour. The third interview was the about the same but the director talking about his own accolades. The issue was the job description and the follow-up. The job encompasses A LOT more than the job description alluded to. They are seeking someone well connected in the US to exploit your network to mine business. You will be expected to make cold calls. Their service portfolio is so broad and vague that they don’t really specialize in anything. I got through the final interview and never heard anything from the company. I followed up with the recruiter and all. Don’t waste your time with an unprofessional organization.
