Beforehand I was promised there would be no live code questions. Interview mostly consisted of obscure trivia questions about uncommonly used features. They also blatantly lied and ambushed me with live code questions anyway. I won't do live code interview humiliation rituals so naturally I was rejected afterwards. I could have saved everyone's time and dropped out before if they had just been honest. They seem more interested in catching someone out then anything else. Avoid if you don't want to deal with liars.

Interview
Three phases: phase 1 is a screening call with HR. Phase two is one but more likely, two interviews with supervising C-suite member of the operational unit you are applying to.
Referred and scheduled quickly with a knowledgeable and professional recruiter. Very good at doing job and not wasting candidate’s time. Everything was straightforward and accessible from application to scheduling to completing interview.
