Applied online, first a phone interview. Next was a simple personality style interview where they asked basic questions such as giving you a product and try to explain to the interviewer whats good about that object.

How to deal with a customer who is particularly rude to a colleague.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Tell us about a time you've had to deal with an unhappy customer ?
Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
