Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
Rang me about a month after I applied several times until I eventually decided to go for the interview. Interview was simple, but some may find it intimidating. Had to go onto the shop floor with a tablet that had all the companies products on it, and ask customers if they needed help etc. All the time the manager was watching me. Was meant to take 15mins I ended up spending 30-45mins on the shop floor due to a difficult customer- this probably worked to my advantage. then went into an office and had to answer some questions from a booklet which were picked by the manager at random. this lasted maybe 5-10 mins. about 4 days later i was contacted to say i had the job.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Tell us about a time you've had to deal with an unhappy customer ?
Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
