Poorest candidate experience I've ever had.
Initial interview was incorrect, turned up and waited for 25 minutes before realising it was a clerical error.
2nd attempt - the 3 people interviewing became 1. The sole interviewer was late, with his opening gambit being that he was basically the CEO, even though that's not his title. Felt like he was either ill prepared for the interview, or that he didn't have much recruitment experience in general. Poor questions with very little clarity. What confused me most though, was the questions and approach were totally contradictory to Arms 'we, not I' and 'collaboration' culture.
