Applied in November 2022 for a role within the Productivity Engineering(PE) team, there were two interview stages after the initial application, made it to the last stage. First was a digital HireVue interview (competency-based and technical questions) and a coding task (tested both software engineering and devOps skills). Second was a virtual interview with like 4-6 people, lasted over 2 hours and featured a bunch of sessions including a technical round. From the body language and half-hearted responses to my questions, I already figured the role would not be the best environment for me and that they would also not be extending an offer (mostly kept reiterating that the role was heavily engineering-focused as opposed to "just being devOps", like they did not think I was suitable). But overall, it was a learning experience for me.
