My recent interview experience with armourcode with their lead was disappointing. The interview was marred by poor sound quality, making it hard to hear him. Despite this, I managed to continue the conversation. However, the entire interview was conducted in Hindi, and lead lacked clarity about what he wanted to ask he's asking anything literally anything. The discussion veered off into irrelevant development topics that made little sense until and unless you're developer.I strongly recommend that HRs organize training sessions on how to conduct interviews effectively.
In the end, I must say the recruiter was much nicer and more professional than the interviewer.
