Interview
The interview process was normal. It was about an hour long on two separate days. During the interview, I met with the partners and office manager to discuss my work history. Most of the meetings were conversational and I didn't feel pressure to say the right thing. It was a time to get to know one another and to focus on the firm culture to see if I was a good fit.

Interview
The interview process was casual; yet professional. The partners were very interested in my personality and if I would be a good fit with the existing office staff. My second interview was with the junior partners and head paralegals. That interview was more pointed at what my experience and abilities were.
