Interview
2 weeks after my application, Partner called me and explained their upcoming projects. After another 2 weeks, a principal called me again to schedule an interview in a hotel lobby. Interview had two parts with a principal and a manager based on case studies and brain teasers.
I applied online. The process took about 3 weeks and consisted of three stages. First was a resume screening, followed by an AI-proctored case study, and finally a video interview. I have about 5 years of experience in the field. Overall, the process was straightforward and well-organized.
Applied through my university, the process was smooth. Clear instructions from HR, good communication, good follow up, instructions easy to follow, responsive to any question, available and responsive for special needs

The interview process was fast and very efficient. I had 2 interviews within one day that included personal fit and case questions. Each interview was about 1 hour long. Everything was done online.
