I interviewed at this company in June/ July of 2021 and the overall experience was quite negative. The first interviewer was about 15 minutes late and didn't even bother to turn on her camera. Eight business days later, I was invited to a second interview with another manager who was curt and condescending. I was them ghosted even after following up. I don't think companies owe candidates responses for basic job applications but once someone takes time out of their work day to speak with you (and likely time to prepare beforehand) a response is in order. Glad I later found a role elsewhere.
