Interview
The interview is a 2 step process. Phone screen and in person interview. You first meet with the recruiter via phone, then you come in person to talk with the HM. PRETTY EASYY
Recruiters on the team are friendly and welcoming. They reach out to candidates within a day or two of applying for a job and send qualified candidates to hiring managers same day. Interviews can be via phone or Teams meeting.
