First round is a group interview on Zoom, which they did not disclose in any prior communications or the job posting. Asked strange, obviously MLM-centric questions - everyone answered each question, one at a time, in front of all the others, which feels disingenuous to me. I attended the second interview, during which it was PAINFULLY clear the company is a multi-level marketing scheme: income is 100% based on how you perform, you’re given more incentives the more you make for the company, and most of the job entails standing outside all day long under a tent begging for donations. I asked very direct questions about pay and the “CEO” Daniel was clearly annoyed. I was not invited back for a third interview and that’s just fine with me.
