You will have a series of 2-3 interviews. The first being in the United States in Frederick, MD. Everyone is pleasantly eager to have you interview and to really make sure it is a good fit for both parties, supposedly. They will listen to you and agree with everything you say. The next interviews you will have to catch them while you can because the main office is in Ireland, so you will be playing phone/skype tag for about a week before you actually catch up to them, even when you give a specific time to call- somehow it "slips" their mind. Unfortunately, they well just be smiling and agreeing with you but not registering what you say or really have a clue as to what goes in in the United States office, nor know actually who is in charge in United States. Good communication is a rare find in this company. They will tell you about the benefits they offer. I personally asked about 401K they got excited and agreed they offered a great plan. Come to find out it is non-participating plan (meaning they do not contribute/match a dime). I also expressed my concern, as a main concern, to a consistent stable schedule. Again, they promoted the position as to a set schedule that doesn't change although night hours are "available". Well my schedule changed 4 times in 3 months including mandatory night hours which they refuse to pay or participate in shift differential, which statistics show 90% of American companies participate in because it helps with extra after hour costs associated with working late and is a "thank you" from most employers. After your interview you will have a background check which is completed within 3-5 days, you cannot have any felonies and preferred no misdemeanors as this is a company that offers background checks through their system. No drug testing is done, although it should be because a few of their employees are doping out at their desks, hence the location is right outside of a methadone clinic.
