Interview
First step was screener with internal recruiter. He missed our meeting with no notice and rescheduled. Second step was a screener with a manager, was ok, not great communication skills. Third step was online coding. The engineer running it seemed unenthusiastic about the company and talked about long hours. I was invited to an onsite. The recruiter booked a meeting to discuss the onsite, missed that meeting with no notice, then rescheduled and missed that one with no notice. I decided to drop out after this experience.
