Interview
Met with about 3 or 4 people on the site. Be sure to be familiar with the STAR interview method. I wasn't necessarily prepared to have to answer the questions following the method, so even though I can do a great job, my intereview wasn't representative of that.

Question 1
Typical behavior interview questions like "describe a time when you solved a problem". Must use the Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) method.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
The interviewers were great and made the process very engaging. I would recommend them to a friend anytime. HR was also very helpful but request for documents for onboarding almost became very stressful.

First telephone to make sure you are a human and eligible for working. Second remote video conference with a panel and series of interviews to ask typical career goal related questions.

Give an example of a time you had an innovative idea which allowed your team to go to the next level.
The interview process was thorough and efficient. There were three steps. The first was recruiter call, next was interview with hiring manager, final interview was with a panel of teammates.
