was a month long process, totaling 4 interviews and one of them being in person. had a great time learning about the company and the roles responsibilities. their interview was more about how their key values tie in with what you have done in the past thus them evaluating if you would be a good fit.

Great interview process with the recruiter answering every question. The interviewer was also kind and had some great insights into the role. Felt like the culture dynamics was a good fit and there were a total of 2 rounds.

Interview
I made it to the third step in the interview in process. First was general phone interview with recruiter, second was a SparkHire video submission. Made it to in person interview. Interviewed in small hotel break room with two older males. Only one did the talking. General questions about resume and STAR questions. The second guy never made eye contact with me and did not ask me a single question. He made one comment after I was asked to enumerate my leadership skills by the other interviewer. He said... "It sounds like you like being in charge." My interview went well, but I think they already had a person in mind by the time they got to me. I was taken aback at the rudeness and unprofessionalism.
