It was a slow process over the spring/summer 2015. Applied online, for a position I was very qualified for. It took 6 weeks to get an HR screen and an additional 3 weeks before I spoke to the hiring manager over the phone. Once I was invited for an on-site interview, the interviews were 30 minutes at a time one-on-one or one-on-two and we were finished by 2pm. I didn't get the job, but the HM was excellent about keeping me updated about the process and was willing to provide feedback as to why they chose the other person.
