I applied through their website and received an invitation for an interview ~2 months after applying. First I did a 30 minute interview with someone from HR, where they asked me the usual behavioral questions (why do you want to work here, what is your best quality, tell me about yourself, tell me a time you worked on a team). The final interview was a panel interview with 3 members of the department, where I was asked to do a 10-15 minute presentation based on the prompt: "tell us about a time you used data to solve a problem / make a decision". This was followed by questions about my presentation, and then astrazeneca's values based questions. The interview lasted 1 hour, and the interviewers were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and I felt very at ease speaking with them. Overall it was a positive experience, everyone was very kind, answered all my questions with the necessary detail, and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process, which I believe allowed me to do my best.
