I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Astro (Jakarta) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process is very simple. I had 3 times interview, with HR, User, and Team Lead. After that, I also had a technical test related to my field. Basically, they are asking the logic thinking, and how you get a solution in a hard situation. As long as you understand what you are doing from the latest company, you should be safe from this interview session

Question 1
What would you do if you had 2 projects with the same timeline?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Astro (Jakarta) in Sept 2025
Interview
I was interviewed when I apply as a technical audit at Astro, there was 4 interviewers interviewing me for 4 consecutive months including the HR session whereby I communicate my employment expectation. After I finished my bar raiser interview, they asked me for a payslip and reference numbers (coworkers, superiors and HR) which I believe when I decided to give my personal and confidential information they will proceed me for offering. However, they disappear for 1 months after I gave them them such information. I think it was unprofessional to ask such personal and confidential information when the company still unsure to hired someone or not. They even contact my ex-superiors, HR and Coworkers to ask like 10-15 long questions which also waste their precious time.
