Applied to the job at Atlas Boston, they quickly sent over one option for an initial interview with Ben. The initial interview is great, the office is bustling, and people seem enthusiastic. They then offered me a second interview, still only one option, and I interviewed with two others in the room. One was applying for an internship on a completely different role. We all received the same pitch: a quick path to success through management (abnormally quick) and what face-to-face marketing is. I declined a third interview.
Major red flags: unclear compensation structure, rapid advance into leadership with risk, constant hiring/building teams, and open office expansion model.
