Avoid this role unless you have a dev background. Interviewer was candidly rude. Snorted at a follow-up question I posed. Not sure what type of developer is going to want to run a customer engagement email marketing program, but the recruiting efforts should keep that in mind and edge toward the side of candidates with a highly technical set. Great company, awkward interview interactions.
