This was a standard interview process for a sales AE. I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin which lead to a screening interview. Then I met with the Hiring Manager followed by a panel round which included 45 minutes with the manager's peer, and a values interview with non-sales related individual at the company.

First interview was quite in depth for a first interview. Ran for 45 minutes and mostly asked about relevant experience related to the role. No classic behavioural qs but it was a very nice experience as she took the time at the end to explain in detail about the role and the team.
