Phone screening was scheduled and took the day off to prepare. I was waiting for the recruiter in our scheduled zoom call for 10 minutes and then she emailed me asking if we could reschedule. I was understanding and replied back to the email and said sure what time works best for you? Well I never got a reply back. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time.
