This was the recruiter phone screen. It was mentioned that this was the first step in the interview process. The recruiter mentioned that there multiple rounds of interviews and I got a bit overwhelmed by the various steps described. The recruiter gave impression that I was on to the next round but I never heard back.

The recruiter asked about total compensation I was requesting. Also asked some questions about the job role - some technical questions relating to migrations, complexity and duration

Nice call with recruiter and hiring manager, although I had to have the call with the HM late at night as she was in AU. Ghosted after that, would not recommend companies who don't show basic decency and professionalism, especially after they tout their 'values'.
